The Queensland state health service says it plans to “strongly defend” former LNP MP Chris Davis’s allegation he missed out on a job at a Brisbane hospital because of his political beliefs. In his application to the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal he claims his application for a gerontologist position at the Royal Women’s and Children’s Hospital was rejected because of his political beliefs.
