Cater Care Services Pty Ltd is arguing before Fair Work Commissioner Platt that it has a defence to the s.394 (application for unfair dismissal remedy) lodged by an ex-staffer (Cooper).

Arcare Pty Ltd (The Trustee For The Arc Unit Trust) is defending a s.739 (application to deal with a dispute) lobbed by a disaffected staffer (Verma).

Australian Red Cross is claimed by a staffer (Ropciuc) to have unfairly dismissed the long-serving officer.

Robin Hansen has lost her legal representative who was to prosecute her s.394 unfair dismissal claim against Calvary Health Care Adelaide Limited over three days in late April. She sought to have Calvary stripped of its lawyers. But Commissioner Platt said Calvary could keep its lawyer and he would help her through ‘any points of procedure and law’.
