Mr Gonski thanked former CEO Suzanne Dvorak and said chief operating officer Michelle Bruggeman would act as CEO until Mr McCoy begins at the end of the month. In a statement the company said ‘‘now is the right time to appoint a new CEO with strong expertise in both property and care.’’ Ms Dvorak could not be reached for comment.
