The NSW Workers Compensation Commission has ruled that Lucy Simpson suffered an injury whilst employed in an aged care residential home. Her lump sump claim based on whole person impairment arising from the right upper extremity (shoulder), left upper extremity (shoulder), and cervical spine is now remitted to the Registrar for referral to an approved medical specialist.
