The media has been accused of undermining the morale of hospital staff through a series of reports on crises that have hit Gold Coast Health. In a confidential internal email, Mental Health and Specialist Services general manager Karlyn Chettleburgh has reached out to staff on the eve of chief executive Ron Calvert making a personal visit, assuring them their work was valued.
