The Fair Work Commission has had to issue a correction to the Neighbourhood Houses Victoria Adult Community Education Centres Collective Agreement 2016. Correspondence was received on 23 January 2017 advising the Fair Work Commission that there is an employer cited as a respondent in error and that it should have been redacted because they only have one employee. The employer provided a statutory declaration attesting to the clerical error.
