Ten more carers are set to join the local aged workforce following their graduation on January 31. Nambucca Vocational College (NVC) is proud of its latest graduates who completed their Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) under a NSW Government Traineeship program. All students were mature aged, wanting to start a new career in aged care and keen to contribute to their local community. During the eight-month course the trainees were employed with NVC Group, one of the Valley’s largest aged care and disability providers.
