Sofia Tsakiridou has failed to get her unfair dismissal claim against The Community of Cypriots of The Northern Suburbs of Melbourne Inc T/A Grace of Mary passed Commissioner Harper-Greenwell in Melbourne. “Mrs Tsakiridou has not completed the minimum employment period required under the Act and is therefore not a person protected from unfair dismissal,” said the Fair Work commissioner.
