Sleep apnea device maker ResMed has appointed its longserving chief executive Mick Farrell as its next chairman, succeeding his father Peter. Mr Farrell will continue to serve as chief executive of ResMed – a position he has held for the past 10 years. His father will become chair emeritus and remain an “active board member”.
