Relatives of people in aged care facilities say they are being intimidated and bullied by staff when they complain about the treatment of their family members. Some have said they are being told not to take photographs of their parents inside the homes, while others say they have been yelled at and even physically manhandled by staff when they visit. A consumer advocate group says the problem is widespread across the sector and could point to wider problems.
