Ramsay Health Care has appointed Dr Claudia Sussmuth Dyckerhoff as a non-executive director. She has been with management and strategy consultancy McKinsey & Company for 21 years, where she is an external senior adviser. Shareholders will vote on her appointment at the November 14 AGM.
