Prosecutors are set to drop more than 340 charges against a public servant who allegedly stole $35,000 on a government credit card, in exchange for a guilty plea to a single charge. Mignon Thomas is charged with 233 counts of theft and 114 counts of dishonestly dealing with documents. Thomas, 48, was employed as a youth worker when she allegedly used the credit card to spend more than $35,000 on items including groceries, clothes and other luxury items.
