A man who was taken to Townsville Hospital after a car accident stole backpacks from the staffroom after he was discharged, a court has heard. Nathan John Barbaric, 39, faced Townsville Magistrates Court yesterday to be sentenced for two counts of stealing, enter premises and commit indictable offence by break and possessing dangerous drugs.
