A s.394 (Unfair dismissal) claim by Robert Bailey against Cater Care Australia Operations Pty Ltd T/A Cater Care has been given a second life by Fair Work Deputy President Dean in Sydney on 5 June 2018. He is allowing Bailey more time in which to build his case.
