A rural Victorian GP who allegedly sexually assaulted female patients under the pretext of conducting health tests and filmed the attacks has been charged by police. Acting Superintendent Joy Arbuthnot told reporters on Tuesday that 19 victims aged between 17 and 60 had been identified in the investigation so far. The doctor at the centre of the allegations had worked in north-east Victoria for more than 40 years.
