A doctor has been accused of raping a patient at a Brisbane medical centre. Police allege the doctor, 50, assaulted a 26-year-old woman at the centre on Thursday. He is due to front the Brisbane Magistrates Court today on one charge of rape, and one count of sexual assault.

A doctor has been accused of drugging and indecently assaulting a female patient in Sydney’s inner west. It’s alleged the 20-year-old woman was drugged without her knowledge or consent while under the care of the 48-year-old who then indecently assaulted her. Detectives today searched his Auburn medical practice and Rydalmere home where they seized several items. He was arrested and as a result of ongoing investigations, three other victims were identified, police said in a statement.

Vito Zepinic, 65 has been branded “unethical” and “dishonest” and has had a string of convictions for passing himself off as a doctor, but he recently told a NSW Tribunal that his convictions were fraudulently recorded and he should be allowed to practise as a psychologist.
