A nurse has been suspended after she stole insulin from an aged care resident to give to her father flying back to China. Her professional misconduct was uncovered when the luggage went missing in transit and landed in Sydney Airport, where federal police seized the bag. Lin Tan, who was terminated from Resthaven Paradise in 2015, was reprimanded and had her registration suspended for six months.
