There’s a sign in Jo Earley’s office at Lara which reads “Do what you love every day”. The new manager at Dungog’s RSL Life Care aged care home is certainly doing just that. Mrs Earley has recently taken over as manager but is not a new face to staff, residents or their families. She has been at Lara for more than 12 years, starting as a Registered Nurse before moving into the Care Manager’s Position and recently appointed the Facility Manager. She has taken over the reins from Jodeane Taylor who has moved back to her passion of home care.
