A Cairns medical facility has been evacuated after a fire broke out on the roof. Firefighters were called to the Cairns Hand Clinic on Martyn St in Parramatta Park about 12.50pm. Police and paramedics are also on scene.It is understood the solar panels on the roof of the building caught alight, but have since been extinguished. There are no reports of injuries.
