The termination was for misconduct relating to a number of incidents, which taken together Masonic Care asserts amounted to a breach of its Workplace Behaviour Guidelines, its Values and Standards of Behaviour. The Respondent determined that it had lost trust and confidence in the Applicant to perform her duties in accordance with the expectations of the Respondent and terminated her employment.
