An elderly woman has sustained significant injuries after being pinned between two cars in a terrifying crash in a hospital car park. Emergency services were called around 8am after reports a man crashed into a boom gate and caused a multi-vehicle crash at the Hospital Boulevard carpark at Gold Coast University Hospital (GCUH) in Southport. Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) senior operations supervisor Neil Stead said the woman was caught between two parked vehicles.
