A nurse who alleges she was raped by a police officer after a Tinder date has denied she gave her consent for “everything that happened”. Daniel Gerald Back, 45, is on trial in the District Court accused of sexually assaulting the woman seven times when she went to his Rockingham unit — after matching on the dating app and meeting at a bar in September 2018. The woman says she agreed to a kiss but declined invitations from Mr Back — who was a sergeant in Mandurah — before he led her there anyway while showing her renovations to his kids’ rooms. The trial continues.
