The Fair Work Commission has rubberstamped the UnitingCare Health Engineering/Maintenance Enterprise Agreement 2016-2018.

An application for approval of the Arthur Gorrie Correctional Centre Nurses Enterprise Agreement 2016 (s.185 – Application for approval of a single-enterprise agreement) will be determined by Fair Work Commissioner Roe in his Melbourne chambers.

The next pay rise for WA nurses will not be backdated, leaving 15,000 out of pocket until consensus is reached on a new enterprise bargaining agreement (EBA), Health Minister John Day has confirmed.
