Moran Health Care Pty Ltd t/as Endeavour Nursing Home has failed to convince the NSW Workers Compensation Commission to overturn its previous medical assessment of Petra-Lianna Bryan. Moran Health Care Pty Ltd asserted the assessment had been made on the basis of incorrect criteria and that the medical assessment certificate contained a demonstrable error.
