A s.739 (Dispute Resolution) application from the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU) citing the Department of Human Services has gone nowhere. Commissioner Simpson in Brisbane on 20 December 2018 sidestepped the conflict by claiming he lacks the jurisdiction to be able to rule on the correct information of the disputed 2011 agreement.
