A s.739 (Dispute resolution) application by Health Services Union against Latrobe Regional Hospital as been upheld by Commissioner Cribb in Melbourne on 11 July 2017. He has ordered Latrobe Regional Hospital pay to the affected employees, within 21 days the multi-skilling allowance they would otherwise have received in the first full pay period on or after 13 June 2015, but for their reclassification from Food and Domestic Services Assistant (HA1) to that of Orderly/Cleaner (IJ1).
