A s.604 (Appeal of decision) by Inna Grabovsky to keep United Protestant Association of NSW Limited T/A UPA on the hook for an unfair dismissal claim has been deemed by the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission (Vice President Catanzariti, Commissioner Bissett, Commissioner Hunt) as “not in the public interest”.
