A s.394 (Application for unfair dismissal remedy) from Sonny Pettit against Japara T/A Noosa Residential Care has failed. Deputy President Asbury in Brisbane on 16 August 2018 finally had enough of Pettit’s repeated failure to bother with his complaint. He got told to ‘take a hike’.
