A s.394 (Application for unfair dismissal remedy) by Mark Mitchell against Uraidla Physio will be heard next month. Commissioner Hampton in Adelaide on 5 July 2017 determined Mr Mitchell was an employee and not a contractor as asserted by Uraidla Physio.
