A s.365 (General protections) application by Tamara Waltke involving Maylands Dental Trust T/A Adelaide One Dental Pty Ltd (Maylands Dental) has been belatedly published by Fair Work Commissioner Platt in Adelaide on 17 January 2019. It reads “Further to the Decision [[2019] FWC 279] issued by the Fair Work Commission on 17 January 2019, and pursuant to a s.366(2) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (the Act), I order that the time for Ms Tamara Walkte to make her application to the Commission be extended to the actual date of lodgement being 14 December 2018.”
