A s.266 (Industrial action related workplace determination) application by Specialist Diagnostic Services Pty Ltd t/a Dorevitch Pathology and Health Services Union/Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation for the correction of errors in a previous decision has been agreed by Vice President Hatcher in Sydney on 26 September 2018, Deputy President Clancy and Commissioner Cirkovic.
