A s.225 (Enterprise agreement) termination has been sought by LifeFlight Retrieval Medicine Limited for its CareFlight Rotary Wing Flight Nurse Enterprise Agreement 2015-2017. Fair Work Commissioner Simpson in Brisbane on 21 May 2018 has agreed to its abandonment.
