A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application made by Sunshine Coast Day Surgery in the name of Sunshine Coast Day Surgery – Nurses – Enterprise Agreement 2018 has been ratified by Fair Work Commissioner Gregory sitting in Melbourne on 1 February 2019.
