A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application from the Victorian Hospitals’ Industrial Association for its Western Region Centre Against Sexual Assault Inc (Westcasa) Employees Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020 (Social, Community, Home care and Disability Services) has been ratified by Fair Work Commissioner Gregory, in Melbourne, on 22 July 2019.
