A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application from the Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Department of Social Services for the Department of Social Services Enterprise Agreement 2018 to 2021 has been granted by Fair Work Deputy President Kovacic in Canberra on 14 January 2019.
