A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application from Healthe Care Australia Pty Ltd for the Healthe Care (Victorian Hospitals) Health Professionals Enterprise Agreement 2019 has been ratified by Fair Work Deputy President Colman in Melbourne on 18 December 2019.
