A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application from Ballan & District Soldiers Memorial Bush Nursing Hospital & Hostel Inc T/A Ballan District Health and Care for its BALLAN DISTRICT HEALTH AND CARE ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2017 has been ratified by Fair Work Commissioner Saunders in Newcastle on 6 September 2018.
