A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application from Amana Living Incorporated T/A Amana Living for its Amana Living Home Care Staff Enterprise Agreement 2018 (Social, community, home care and disability services) has been affirmed by Fair Work Commissioner McKinnon in Melbourne on 12 September 2019.
