A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application by the Victorian Hospitals’ Industrial Association for its Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020 has been approved by Commissioner Lee in Melbourne on 28 August 2017.
