A s.185 (enterprise agreement) application by Bankstown City Aged Care Limited T/A Bankstown City Aged Care for its BCAC, NSWNMA and HSU NSW Enterprise Agreement 2017-2020 has been granted by Fair Work Commissioner Saunders in Newcastle on 7 March 2018.
