A s.185 (Application for approval of a single-enterprise agreement) from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for its NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Enterprise Agreement 2019 to 2022 has been ratified by Fair Work Commissioner Yilmaz in Melbourne on 8 October 2019.
