A s.185 (Application for approval of a single-enterprise agreement) from Hobart District Nursing Service Inc was heard by Fair Work Commissioner McKinnon in Melbourne on 17 August 2018. He has ruled that “The SCHADS Award is the relevant modern award for the purpose of the better off overall test in relation to the Agreement’s Administration and Clerical Stream levels 6 to 8 employees who are not health professionals.”
