A nurse has been suspended for stealing drugs to use at home to treat his chronic back pain. Daniel Benjamin Oakleigh was also ordered to undergo random drug testing and not work with certain medications when he resumed work earlier this year. A tribunal found Oakleigh had committed professional misconduct and suspended him for one year.
