A nurse, brutally assaulted by a mental health patient, is claiming more than $600,000 in damages from Gold Coast Health. Paul Harrison, 63, has filed the claim in the Southport District Court over the 2013 assault where he was attacked from behind while working on a whiteboard and then continually attacked after he was on the ground, leaving him significantly impaired.
