A medical worker is fighting for life after being bashed outside a Melbourne hospital during an argument. The man in his 40s was walking into the Box Hill Hospital on Tuesday night when an argument broke out between him and another man, who bashed him before fleeing, Victoria Police say. He was a staff member at the hospital and at his family’s request no further information will be provided, an Eastern Health spokeswoman said.
