A carer accused of sexual offences against a 19-year-old man with an intellectual disability has pleaded not guilty to 11 charges in a Melbourne court. The County Court heard Serge Ranwala, 49, was alleged to have twice supplied the drug ice to the man who smoked it before being sexually assaulted. Prosecutor Danielle Guesdon told a jury that offences were twice committed in the staff room at the eastern suburbs’ Department of Human Services’ facility and a third time at Mr Ranwala’s house in Ringwood.
