A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application by Princes Court Homes Inc T/A Princes Court Homes Hostel for the Princes Court Homes Inc (Trading as Princes Court Homes Hostel), ANMF and HSU Enterprise Agreement 2017 has been belatedly approved by Fair Work Deputy President Masson in Melbourne on 21 January 2019.
