A female community health worker has been stabbed in the neck outside a McDonald’s cafe in Sydney’s inner west today. Another woman, a 46-year-old who police said was known to the victim, has been arrested and is being questioned by officers. Emergency services were called to a McDonalds Cafe known as The Corner in Missenden Road after reports a 34-year-old woman was stabbed in the neck about 11.30am. She was treated at the scene before being taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where she is expected to undergo surgery.
