A s.365 (General protections) order sought by Nilakshi Shyama Fernando against the Australian New Zealand College of Anaesthetists has been refused by Fair Work Commissioner Cirkovic in Melbourne on the 8th June 2018. “The application was lodged 1216 days out of time,” he ruled.
