A s.185 (Enterprise agreement) application from Healthe Care Australia Pty Ltd for its Healthe Care Pty Ltd (New South Wales Hospitals) and the NSWNMA/ANMF NSW Branch Enterprise Agreement 2017 has succeeded via Fair Work Deputy President Kovacic sitting in Canberra on 30 May 2018.
